One body one goal

We say a person has "Free Will". This means that both you and I can choose a course of action. There are only three "wills" in the universe. Man's will, God's will, and satan's will. Both you and I can choose to align our will with God or satan or just do whatever we want (which is really aligning our will with satan's will).

Jesus Christ has already paid for your sins.

John 3:16-21

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Luke 16 19-31
This is a summary.

An account of a person who died and is now in Hades.

Not all rich men go to Hades (Hell) when they die but the rich man described in Luke 16 did. He was in torment and asked "Father Abraham" (the father of many) who stood on the oppisite side of a great chasm seperating Hades from those who would like to get out and those who may want to enter. The rich man asked that someone from the dead be sent to his brothers so they would repent and not come to this place of torment. He was told, No. They have their chance. "They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them." If they will not listen to Moses and the Prophets they will not listen to someone from the dead.

Would you listen to someone from the dead?
You have Moses and the Prophets plus the entire Word of God.
After you die you do NOT get another chance.

One Way: Jesus Christ.

"There is only one way to real lasting positive change in your life."

Psychology and Psychiatry will help you modify behavior. The problem with both is they are man's solutions to spiritual problems and like many modern prescription drugs, the side effects are as bad as the original problem. The root of psychology is bad, and therefore, the fruit cannot be good. I’m amazed at the acceptance of psychology in our society and especially in the church. Many churches and ministries have resident psychiatrists on staff. This isn’t the approach Jesus took. He met the needs, all the needs of the people through the power of the Holy Spirit, and I believe He intends His church to do the same. They don’t have to depart and go to the world to get their emotional needs met. They should bring them to Jesus (Matt. 14:16-18). Andrew Wommack Ministries

“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come” (2 Corrinthians 5:17). We all need to change from a self-centered life to a God centered life. Why? Because if you were not looking for something you would not be here right now. We search for something to fill the void that only God can fill through Jesus Christ. There is only ONE way to fill this void.

Jesus Christ is the only way to make permenant positive change in your life that will last forever.

No matter how long we live or how long we study the Word of God, we will never get beyond a simple trusting dependence on Jesus Christ for everything. There really is nothing more.
As a Christian we are expected to be able to "hear" from God all the time concerning everything. We "hear" in our spirit if we are believers in Jesus Christ, have repented of our sins and live our lives before God with the purpose of doing His will while we are here on earth. Not our will but His will. Most of us "hear" from God when we are about to do something wrong and we "hear" that still small voice in our spirit that says, "No. Don't do that".

“I lift up my eyes to the hills - Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.” Psalm 121:1
Romans 5:8 "but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

Jesus Christ could never forgive me. God knows what I have done. No one could ever forgive me.

Saul of Tarsus had an important job killing Christians. He committed many sins. Acts 8:3 "But Saul was ravaging the church, and entering house after house, he dragged off men and women and committed them to prison." When Stephen was stoned to death for speaking the truth, the witnesses laid down their garments at the feet of a young man named Saul. 59 And as they were stoning Stephen, he called out, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit." 60 And falling to his knees he cried out with a loud voice, "Lord, do not hold this sin against them." Acts 7:58-60. Saul became the Apostle Paul after his conversion on the Damascus Road. He was forgiven of his sins and when he had finished his life here he had written many of the books of the Bible in the New Testament. If Saul/Paul can be forgiven so can you. He was NOT forgiven because of what he did for the Lord Jesus. He did what he did for the Lord Jesus Christ BECAUSE he was forgiven and was a changed man.
